Return & Exchange Policy

For your convenience, Berrydog has a very simple return and exchange policy. For what ever reason you can return your purchase for a store credit or for exchange within two weeks of delivery. Items returned for store credit or exchange must be in resalable condition, not been worn and they must still have hang tags and hygienic liners in place.

If you would like to return an item or items for store credit or exchange you must contact us first at service@berrydog.com. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and email you the return/ exchange form so we can start to process. Please do not return any items without first contacting us an obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Any package without an Authorization # will not be accpeted and the package will be returned to sender automatically and we are not responsible for any loss or damage to an unauthorized package that was returned to you.


*Please note due to hygenic reasons we do not accept Thong / Tanga / G-string and Cheeky style bottoms for exchange or store credit. This is done to protect you our customer. While we cannot exchange thongs due to hygienic reasons we have a special program in place where we can sell you a new bottom at a 50% discount (or about $10-13), so it's very reasonable to get a new thong bottom if sizing is an issue.
