Berrydog has very high standards for the type of sites it admits
to the Drop Ship Program. To qualify your website must
meet the following standards:
- Very
High quality commercial websites with a professional
appearance.
- No
Auction sites like Ebay or Discount sites.
- Website
must cater to women's fashion, swimwear, beachwear
or lingerie. We do not allow websites that sell
everything under the sun such as department store
type websites.
- No
websites selling adult related products.
- If
your website is under construction we must still
see a mock-up before we can approve you into the
program. If you do not have a mock-up then do not
contact us until you do.

If
your website meets all of the criteria's discussed above then your next step is to e-mail us at: service@berrydog.com. (NO
PHONE CALLS PLEASE) In your e-mail state that you
would like to join our drop ship program and include
the URL to your website as well as your contact information.
We will review your website and e-mail you back with
further information and instructions.
How
do I begin placing orders? Back to Top
Once we confirm
that you have been accepted into our Drop Ship program
you will be e-mailed a zip file with all the images
of the products you can sell along with a price list.
Most importantly you will be provided with a reusable
drop ship coupon code
that you will use when you place an order. You
simply go to our website at www.berrydog.com
select the product/s you would like to order and place
your order just as you would if you were a regular retail
client. During the check out process you will enter
the SHIP
TO MAILING INFORMATION: (YOUR CUSTOMER)
& the BILLING
INFORMATION (YOUR INFORMATION). Prior
to entering your credit card information you will be
given the option to enter your coupon code. Enter you
code number and click the coupon # to apply your discount.
Then enter your credit card information and we
will e-mail you a confirmation of the order that you
place.
VERY
IMPORTANT: DO NOT ENTER YOUR CUSTOMERS E-MAIL ADDRESS
IN THE SHIP TO E-MAIL ADDRESS FIELD. IF
YOU ENTER YOUR CUSTOMERS E-MAIL ADDRESS THEY WILL ALSO
RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL WITH YOUR WHOLESALE DROP

we can discuss special wholesale pricing with you but

If an item is out of stock
we will inform you by email within 24 hours. It normally takes
1
week for our factory to reproduce out of stock items.

Unlike other companies we offer a complete sizing line. Tops come
in Small, Medium & Large as do bottoms. Fitting
guidelines are provided with each item because our items
do not have standard uniform sizing across all products
and styles.

We accept Master Card and Visa Only. You will be required to enter
your credit card information each time you place an
order.

You have 10 days from the time a bikini is delivered to your customer
to contact us (VIA E-MAIL ONLY) for an EXCHANGE
ONLY.
You must provide us with the original order number and
we will then provide you with a Return Authorization
Number (RAN) and shipping instructions which you will then provide to your customer.
IMPORTANT:
Thong Bikinis and Lingerie can not be
returned under any circumstances for hygienic reasons
unless defective at
which time they will be replaced with the same exact
style and size. Wholesale orders are not refundable. The only exception and justification
for return of Thong Bikinis, Lingerie or Wholesale merchandise is defective merchandise, in which case,
we will replace it.

I use your images on my web site or for auctions? Back

You may use our pictures and image files for the purpose of selling
and advertising our products. Feel free to put them on your web
site but understand that all images are the copyrighted and the
property of Berrydog and we can require you to remove
the images at our discretion and for any reason. You
will be e-mailed the images you can use in zip format
once your are accepted into our program. Updated photo
and product list will be sent to you every 3-4 months.

No, we will e-mail you both your price list and image files once
you have been accepted into our program.

are your shipping rates? Back

Items are shipped flat rate and are not based upon the number
of items purchased. For instance standard shipping through
USPS (US Postal Service) with delivery confirm will
run you $5.00. Express shipping cost $15.65. All shipping
options will be available to you during the check-out
process. International shipping options can not be selected
for Dropship products as we only ship in the US.

that you tell your customers up front that it may take
up to 10 business days for their order to arrive.
