BerryDog's Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with a product you may return it FOR STORE CREDIT in its original condition, hang tags connected, hygienic liner in place, not worn, washed or stained for a full 20 days from the date of delivery
We will issue you a store credit less the shipping fee paid.
Please note due to hygienic reasons
thong and tonga bottoms and undies are not returnable. If you have a product that you wish to return please follow these three easy steps.
1) Contact our customer-service department to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by e-mail at:email@example.com or call us 858-206-3379. Write or state your order number (found on your invoice), the item/s you are returning and the reason why (i.e. did not like, damage etc.). We will then give you, or e-mail you a return authorization number.
2) Ship your item/s to:

3) ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED WITH IN 20 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. PACKAGES MUST ALSO INCLUDE A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION OR TRACKING RECEIPT IN ORDER THAT WE CAN VERIFY THAT THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED TO US.
Upon receipt of the item/s, we will e-mail you a coupon that you can use on your next purchase.
NOTE: Items returned without an authorization may be returned at our discretion. In addition items returned without following the proper return procedures as outlined above are subject to an additional handling and restocking fee of 20%. We ask customers to follow the guidelines to ensure quick efficient and timely processing of your return and exchanges.

If you would like to exchange a product due to fit or for any other reason you may return it to us (in its original condition, not washed or soiled) for an exchange for a full 20 days from the date of delivery. Please note due to hygienic reasons

BerryDog always strives to keep all material used in the manufacture of our suits in stock. Nevertheless, because of the made to order nature of our suits items we will occasionally run out certain colors of material. If we receive an order and we don't have the material available, we will inform you by e-mail and give you the date when it will be shipped. If the time of arrival does not meet with your satisfaction you can then select an item that is in stock or cancel the order. If
you ordered multiple items and 1 or more of the items you ordered are available
we will ship those items to you and adjust your invoice removing the item/s
that were not shipped and only charging you for what was shipped.
Shipment Notice & Tracking your order:
We will send you an automatic e-mail confirming that your product has been shipped.
If the shipping method you selected (i.e. Express Mail) allows for tracking
of your package the shipment confirmation e-mail will contain your tracking
number as well as a link to the shipping companies website which will allow
you to enter the number and track the progress of your order. Note: Most
of our domestic US packages are shipped via priority mail which does nto allow
for tracking. However, all Priority Mail package are shipped with delivery confirmation
so we will be able to tell when your order was delivered.
